Berlin was the leading exporter in the Western world, maybe the entire world, of pornography and promisqous culture, art, stripclubs and prostitution before Hitler came to any power. To blame it all on the Nazi Party's influence in the 1930's is an overly simplified explanation.

Promisqous behavior is not born overnight. It was caused by a cultural and religious decline, brought on gradually by protestantism and other factors.
