I do feel allergic when I hear words like "ban" and "human right". I always believed more in human moral obligations than rights. We should have an obligation to not support usury for example, or medical tyranny.
I get your point. But the banning people from owning two houses doesn't really work, or create happiness. The main challenge is preventing non elected global shadow governments from turning so much of the world into "national parks and reservoars" that are completely depopulated by force. This way people are chased into urban areas against their wills, either through taxing people out or banning them from residing there.
Those who can print money will be able to buy those houses no matter the astronomical prizes. Someone will still be owning everything when the rest of us will own nothing. Keeping a few landlords away won't help.
