Interesting. Many of the newly built houses in Scandinavia reached the same level later on. I lived for a while in a house built in 1960. It cost 6000$ for the first owner to buy. Now it’s worth probably 150 000- 200 000$. Even if it’s a 60 year old house in need of repairs.
