So are you saying that people in Iceland and the Farroe Islands ate sheep’s head because some of them immigrated from Voss? Just qurious.

Hunter gatherers would normally use all of the animal, so this is why I wonder if it might not always have been common to throw away the head after it became popular with domesticated animals? Maybe it was just a trend that emerged during times of prosperity? But never reached Voss. Just a theory.
