Well, to mine Pi I just need my cellphone, so the bank is not involved. But if I try to purchase bitcoin with my bank account or card it just keeps saying "declined by your bank." One time they actually shut down my card and I had to call them to start the process of opening the card for use again. The bank is obviously trying to prevent people from getting access to crypto.
