Yup. We ate bread over, and over and over again. Sometimes 3 times a day.
Modern Norwegians thrive on anti-nutrients and sugars. The amounts of phytic acids, saponins, oxalates, phytates and phytoestrogens Norwegians consume is mindblowing. They are not able to absorb minerals and nutrients because of it, and this causes cancers, bone loss and tooth-decay. I blame the government even more after reading your article, but it was well written and very interesting. Thanks!
